Basil Aioli Sauce

Aioli sauce is a traditional French garlic sauce with a mayonnaise base. It has been enjoying more popularity these days, and for good reason - it's delicious! While you can make your own, this recipe calls for store-bought mayo which makes it super quick and easy.  Aioli is perfect for experimenting with flavor variations, and since my basil is coming in thick right now, and salmon was on the menu...it seemed like a perfect fit! ~Patti
1/2 cup mayonaise
4 teaspoons lemon juice
1-2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, cleaned and chopped

 Place all ingredients in a food processor (or blender) and blend well.

Excellent on an Alaskan salmon BLT...or anything for that matter!
