Cilantro Aioli

This versatile sauce can be used for just about anything, but it is perfect on fish tacos!
1 bunch fresh cilantro
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 sour cream
pinch cayenne pepper
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
salt and pepper to taste

Clean and remove stems from cilantro. Put all ingredients in a food processor (or blender) and puree until creamy. Adjust seasonings to taste and apply liberally to your favorite foods!
